Sheehan’s Irish Shop Consignment Agreement
UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE
I release all claims against and agree not to sue Sheehan’s Irish Shop its employees or agents, for damage, destruction, or theft of the items I have consigned whether such damage or loss is caused by negligence or by any other reason.
I CONSIGN MY MERCHANDISE FOR SALE
SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Items consigned for sale are in accordance with Sheehan’s Irish Shop rules.
2. Items are consigned for a period of 90 days. If, at the end of the initial period, the items have not been sold, the consignment contract may be extended for an additional 90 days.
3. The price of any item may be reduced one time during the consigned period by the consignee.
4. A fee of 5% of the original price must be paid to reclaim items before the expiration of the initial consignment period. After the initial period, reclaimed items will be returned at no charge to the consignee.
5. Sheehan’s Irish Shop retains a consignment fee of 25% of the selling price.
6. Consignees will be notified of an item's sale via email. Checks will be made out to the name listed on this Consignment Agreement and mailed to that address. It is the consignee's responsibility to notify Sheehan’s Irish Shop of any changes to the listed information.
7. Any item deemed by Sheehan’s Irish Shop not to be in compliance with Sheehan’s Irish Shop rules must be withdrawn. Sheehan’s Irish Shop retains the unqualified right to cancel any consignment.
